I went to Bonnie for weight management .I paid her out of my pocket, only to find out that she ran my insurance and she got paid triple the money. She is a FRAUD be aware be aware and when I try to call her she would not answer. I also have a bill for $845. That is now on my credit beware of her. She is a fraud. She will not answer your calls. The address listed is incorrect!! It is Goodman Rd EAST, not west! I called this location after going somewhere else for a DOT physical and being turned away. Bonnie was able to get me an appointment within the hr before the day ended, at 4:30pm!! I was so grateful. When I got there, she was very kind and professional. She got me in and out within 40 min.
