Super disappointed. My 18 year old son saved $8000 to put a down payment on a truck. We drove 4 hours to your dealership. And although you were both patient with us. I feel like you knew there were problems with the oil and just covered it up with “we overfilled the oil”. He has had the truck for a month and hasn’t even made his first payment. And now the truck is not drivable. It’s so hard to see your child work extremely hard and pay his own way just to have this happen. He had all the faith in the world in you guys.
We had a fantastic experience working with Scott at DriveRight Automotive. He was incredibly helpful, communicative, and went above and beyond to assist us in our search for the right vehicle. He kept us updated on available options and even offered to provide a vehicle history report to ensure we had all the necessary information. These guys are great. Pretty small operation, but they are easy to work with, friendly and seem very honest. Would definitely buy a car from them again.
Bought an F-150 from Scott. I love the truck, it was a one owner truck and it’s in great shape. It has had a couple issues since purchasing it but Kade and Scott were willing to make things right with me so all is well.
