After speaking with Doyle, it seemed like things were resolved in an amicable and good way, but I was then transferred to Lucas, a higher up person in the company, and after speaking with him, we have now lost all faith in Drive Pros. They did everything possible to help me replace my muffler but since it was not a OEM part they were not able. They did take measurements and pictures for me to help me locate the right muffler. They also found a radiator leak and they changed my oil using my supplies. Thanks for all
