Tried contacting Ruben about a discrepancy on my paperwork 2 times and still have not gotten a call back. Also, 2 hours after getting the car, check engine comes on and traction control is off and engine power reduced. 3 weeks later, the car can no longer accelerate. Got it towed to the shop, but EXTREMELY disappointed to have to continue to pay for a car that doesnt work, on top of paying the $300 warranty fee for the repairs. I have never had such a great experience at a car lot. I got here and was in and out no long waiting and the car selection is the best I've seen. got exactly what I wanted plus more. Mr Ruben Medina was amazing and generious and made sure he did what was needed to get me driving. He is a blessing and took into consideration what I wanted not what he wanted me to have. if you need a car at a reasonable price go here.
