Tried contacting Ruben about a discrepancy on my paperwork 2 times and still have not gotten a call back. Also, 2 hours after getting the car, check engine comes on and traction control is off and engine power reduced. 3 weeks later, the car can no longer accelerate. Got it towed to the shop, but EXTREMELY disappointed to have to continue to pay for a car that doesnt work, on top of paying the $300 warranty fee for the repairs. Mr Ruben Medina was amazing and generious and made sure he did what was needed to get me driving.
