I was just given the worst customer service, i got a car from there and it broke down on me the same day and went into their service shop the next day and has been there since and not fixed. I get a call today for payment on a car i havent drove for even 50 miles so when i asked to speak to the manager who has been workong with me on payments i was denied by one of your cust service representatives. Leadless to say im very unhappy and if this continues i will sue for being sold a lemon car by your dealership.
They were awesome. Carlos was very very helpful. Glenn was awesome as well. They got me in what I wanted for a reasonable price. And Mike was right on with referring me to this place. Thank you all very much
DO NOT go there they have very bad customer service. I was asking questions about a 2004 car the guys seemed irritated. I wanted to see the inside of a car and it was locked. So I asked to have it open to see it and was asked "do you have a $1000 down payment?" I responded I just want to see it on the inside. He said "do you have a down payment its a straight forward question" I then said bye. They were very rude I'm suprised they are in business. I will for sure contact the BBB.
