Was looking at a Ford Escape, salesman told me to take on a test drive. I got about a mile and a half away when it broke down, I had to call the dealership 3 times then waited 45 minutes while people yelled at me for blocking the intersection. Once we got back to the lot the salesman acted like nothing happened, then told me I had been approved. worst service ever. would never recommend this place to buy a car.
Drive now is horrible... They sale used lemon cars that they fix up to work a few months and then slowly everything starts breaking down.. 1 week after we bought the car the tires blew out.. Yet drive now couldnt help us.. Now the steering wheel shakes really bad when u go more than 40 mph. N now we need mew breaks.. Its just ridiculous.. We learned our lesson 4sure about buying from these lowly dealerships.. Mind u we got the car jus 5 months ago.. But when tax time comes you can come repo your piece of shit car back...
Was sold a lemon . trans lmision went put within 3 weeks of having car . And no assistance with helping . would not recommend them to any one.

I went in and worked with Ruben, the process was extremely fast and painless. Easiest car buying experience ive gone thru by far. Recent repo was not an issue. i work thru a temp agency and that was not an issue (it was at other dealerships). 5 star buying experience and im referring 2 co workers for the referral bonus!!!
