I purchased a vehicle around 2 months ago, vehicle was not clean at all, dog bones under the seat, also seatbelts are completely broken in the back, I have attempted to contact them and no one call be back. Everyone is always on lunch, They also claimed they would reimburse me for the oil change, have not received anything yet.

My husband bought two vehicles from this location. A ***** Civic and then a Dodge Ram. He had no issues with the first vehicle but the Ram was a completely different story. The check engine light came on two days after he got it! Took the truck back to the ******** location he got it from and was informed that it actually was sold from the ******* location which is an hour away from where we live. Doesnt matter the location. I originally bought a 2015 gmc canyon 43k miles from their **************** location which just happened to get shut down. In one year the engine blew. The companys customer service his horrible especially the clerk named ******( hoped I spelled that right). Deceptive business practices. Falsely advertise a price, waste your time, then refuse to do business with you until they pump enough GP into the deal through warranties/financing to make it worth it.They need to make money, but they should correctly price vehicles and sell them for the advertised price. These are the practices that give used car dealers a bad name.

We were in the process of looking at purchasing a used car for our family. We drove 45 miles to see the vehicle, liked the vehicle and had them check my credit. He came back to say that I had too much debt to income ratio. I was just approved by ENT credit union for the lowest rate 6%, so that was somewhat odd. Took my money and no car I had bought a 2015 GMC Acadia drove it less then 100 miles and the motor sized up they wount me to pay for a new engine They said they would put me in another car they brought me a 2016 *** then 2hours later came back and took it back the big boss didnt approve it so now I am out

We purchased a 2017 Audi A4. The vehicle was not service before we purchased the vehicle we found out later. 2 days after the purchase we found out it had a coolant leak they said they had fixed but 2 days after repair had to return the vehicle because they forgot to hook it up. 4 months after purchase we found out we still had a coolant leak which caused a turbo failure. We purchased a truck from this company only to tow a trailer. The first thing My husband asked the Salesman, Christian, was "does this have a tow package". Christian stated that it did. Now, my husband should never have trusted the salesman, but should have physically verified every detail himself. Unfortunately he trusted Christian.
