Scammmers . They sell cars that don’t work and the emissions they give you are invalid. Don’t trust anyone here . Kelly is nothing but a liar and scammer and there mechanic doesn’t fix cars , he breaks them more so you have to pay more fees to get your car working . They sold a car that isn’t even road worthy.
