The finance company used, mend financial is absolutely terrible. Can never get ahold of anyone, I have never missed a payment get texts saying that I have, threatening to put me on disablement. Not to mention charges me 5$ everytime I make a payment for "convenience". Huge pain in my ass and I can't even talk to anyone to get it fixed.
Crappy, wouldnt deal with them again. Also the fact that there Lincoln location is permanently shut down and they haven’t said a word. Guess that investigation did something 🤷♂️ Update: consolidated lol. more like y’all lieing about the real reason y’all moved. Funny how any other dealer in that area will tell the customer the truth about how y’all are getting sued and that y’all shut down the Lincoln location. Also y’all stole my car but have on record that you sent me a letter. Nice lies
Whatever you do just go on and save you a little more money and buy a car flat out. Just go somewhere else do not deal with these people at all. They have poor communication skills between mend financial and drive fast USA. They will tell you one thing. When you call to follow up it will be another thing. It will cost you greatly. They won't fix your vehicle to it's full capacity. It will break down again and again until you don't have a warranty.
