DRIVE FAST USA STAFF ARE NOT HONEST They charge me $130 instead of $60

You were set up on our Collateral Protection Coverage and as a monthly pay customer the charge is in fact $130 a month. Our bi-weekly customers are charged $60 per payment for our CPC coverage. We apologize for any confusion and we wish you the best.

i pruchased a vehicle with drive fast usa in omaha. i set up automatic payments with my financial company. i got a call when my payment was due stating they have the incorrect account number. i made my payment and corrected the wrongful info. after doing so my next payment i received a second number stating they still have the wrong number and was not set up for auto pay. after fixing their mistake and micromanaging the call, i saw 2 4.99 charges. i aquired a stop payment on these costing me 70$. not once did anyone mention ... read more
While my issue is more with **************, the experience of buying the car,a year ago, was great.Yes they do not have grace periods on payments,the ladies I deal with,Haley, Katarina,Denise,Dakota and whoever else don't really communicate with each other as far as when you make a payment. I spoke with Denise on 10/14 about my payment for 10/15.U had a payment arrangement of a previous payment being split in 2,equally between that payment and the rest on the next.I realize paying 500 ish a month for my car is insane and I'm... read more
Great staff. Jackie makes you feel very welcomed. Only thing I don't like is they do no have a grace period for payments. No differed program. Life happens for all reasons through all seasons. Should be a little lead way for their customers. After all we paying a lot of money.
