Had a pretty good run with this company for several years. Not sure if it was due to it being acquired but I had an issue with a rep not being able to get through the gate (this hasn't been an issue for years of service). I got a voicemail about it, followed up via email with the lady/rep I had been emailing for several years for any issues with service and got no reply. My property went without service that I'm pretty sure I prepaid for..
I'M THE OWNER OF 414 6TH AVE SW LARGO/FL.I HAVE A TENNENT WITH A MOTHER IN LAW NAMED RITA. I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM MY EXTERMINATORS THAT SHE GAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW RITA HAD NO BUSINESS DOING THIS ITS NOT HER HOME ITS MINE. BINGHAM HAS BEEN MY GO TO TERMITE CO FOR 25 PLUS YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH THEM AND I AM ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATIFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND WOULD RECEMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS IN A MINUTE. IM SORRY THIS HAPPEND

Drive Bye Exterminators has been treating my home for almost 9 years. The service techs are prompt and a reminder is sent the day before . If we have an issue in between treatments, I just have to call and explain and they will send someone out the very next day! I would esp like to recognize Jarin. He has been the tech coming to our house for over a year. He’s always punctual and answers any questions I have. I highly recommend this company !
