I get absolutely bombarded with vague text messages from "local business" offering this and that. From a quick search, a lot of people seem to get texts from "Amy from a local pest control business". From what I understand, this is an ai lead generator. The company sends out tons of spam texts and when someone responds, those get forwarded to companies like this. Had a pretty good run with this company for several years. Not sure if it was due to it being acquired but I had an issue with a rep not being able to get through the gate (this hasn't been an issue for years of service). I got a voicemail about it, followed up via email with the lady/rep I had been emailing for several years for any issues with service and got no reply. I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM MY EXTERMINATORS THAT SHE GAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW RITA HAD NO BUSINESS DOING THIS ITS NOT HER HOME ITS MINE. BINGHAM HAS BEEN MY GO TO TERMITE CO FOR 25 PLUS YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH THEM AND I AM ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATIFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND WOULD RECEMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS IN A MINUTE. IM SORRY THIS HAPPEND
