I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was involved in a four‑car collision, and my car—insured with AAMI—was sent to this repair centre. My vehicle was there from 05/02/26 to 19/03/26, and when I picked it up, it was dirty inside and outside. At the time of the collision, I was unable to remove my personal items from the car because I definitely did not expect or prepare for an accident.
