I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last week and both times I had issues. -the first time the housekeeping staff stole 2 of my phone chargers and I was miss charged by about $50. -the food at cafe is not great and neither is the service! -we tried to have a drink at the bar and after we sat on some couches the manager came over cleaned off the table and never said a word to us. So unfriendly and unhelpful! The bar was completely understaffed it took so long to even get water we canceled our order and went to bed hungry... read more
