Fantastic company, fast, responsive, and quality work. We had damage in two rooms due to micro fissures in the pex pipe used by the builder. We started with another company who did the initial remediation from the flooding, but then failed to move forward. Dri-Rite, picked up when the other company dropped the ball and handled every thing; including drywall, paint, flooring, re-piping the entire house, and handling the whole process with the manufacturer. This company did awesome work and accommodated around our vacation time. We had a leak in our center island and it was a big job. We had a bad experience with another contractor years ago so we were skeptical. Everyone communicated great and the work that was done was perfect. USAA referred and I am glad. If I could give them ten stars, I would. I had an issue 7 years ago that turned into an insurance claim and a nightmare until I worked with DriRite and specifically, Andrew. They came in and took care of everything and kept me in the loop with any progress or problems (they happen but they were on top and proactive communicators!).
