I've never done yoga before, but I went with my friend Chris today to Sharon's Ashtanga class. I was told yoga would change my life, and I wasn't disappointed with the results. I'm so disappointed I didn't do this sooner. Sharon was a very pleasing lady to converse with, and she made the class fun while also pushing us to our limits. A lot of times I felt ready to take a second to breathe, but with Sharon's motivation, and positive energy I'm so glad I worked through it. I will definitely be attending the next class. By far the best yoga class I have ever been too. Kristin was amazing and made me feel like the yogi I am not. As a runner yoga is always a challenge but she made me feel very comfortable and I can't wait to go back.

Loved this class - my first yoga class in way too many years. no judgement - just encouragement to do your best. There was a movement where I laughed because I was like nope my body will never be able to do that and Matt was just very encouraging and even came over to show me how to do the move better and by the 3rd time, I actually held it for a bit. lol I should have gone back today but my body said let's rest! There is no "judgement" or "competition" here - everyone just does the best they can and encourages each other to just do a little bit better than last time. Friendly vibe and clean comfortable spaces.
Truly enjoy this studio! Matthew is an excellent teacher with great energy. He has created a studio that keeps you coming back for more. If you enjoy hot yoga, this is the place to come in our community!
RecommendedThis new studio is so nice. Matthew has a great energy when he teaches. The floors are non slip and the heating system is awesome! At the end of Bikram class an added touch is a cold lavender washcloth over your eyes. Showers available.
