All the yogis that practice here are sweet, welcoming to newcomers and super encouraging. The owner, Matthew, as well as his team, are very enjoyable to talk to. My favorite hot yoga practice is Bikram and how Matthew delivers it! Don't wait! try this hot yoga studio! you will absolutely love it.
