I ordered and paid the full amount since 5 months and did not receive it yet. I request them to return the money or I will sue them. They do not bother at all.
Never worked and the company will not take it back. Buyer beware. Water was supposed to be pure and it shut down my sterilizer because of the level of impurities. I even asked them just to take it and I didn't even want the money back and they didn't do that. Now I have a 200 lbs door stop. I gave them ample time and my patience but nothing.
I fell in love with this machine the first time I used it and now 2 years later I feel the same. The Drinkable Air machine produces an 8 alkaline which has health benefits and prevents me from having to use plastic bottles. I don't miss buying cases of water and having to carry them home, or the cost associated with buying drinking water. Thank you Drinkable Air I love your product.
This is the best water I have ever tasted! Even more so, Drinkable Air takes pride in building their machines, these things are built to last and they make sure each unit is working properly before delivery, and I appreciate that, I like knowing I'm valued as a customer.
Very disappointed. Product was ordered back in September and still have not received it yet. Distributor here in Hawaii has not been returning my phone call since November. Which promised to give my money back. Now company won't give me a call back . Still trying to contact someone so we can resolve this before other actions are to be taken.
I have no complaints about the water , as for that part it is great, the only part that I am having problems is that my machine is leaking water from under the machine, and my sales man is giving me the run around. The machine is loud and make the room very hot. was never told about that part when it was sold to us.
