The guy I spoke to was extremely rude! I called to ask a few questions and he said they were booked. I asked about the policy for booking one night in the future and he hung up on me and would not answer when I called back. Tried to send an email explaining this but it was blocked. Horrible customer service!
Rooms full of spiders. Stains all over ceiling like bloody guts. Bed spreads stained. Only soda machine out of service. Two young kids at snack bar obviously hate their summer jobs. Especially Trevor. Him and the other kid said f&@@ like 5 times and other swear words with children present because they were busy and could not handle it. No one very hospitable. Def not recommended
4th year hear. clean rooms, beautiful view of the ocean. clean and gorgeous in ground pool. cafe that serves breakfast and lunch. beautiful patio where you can enjoy from sunrise to sunset and beyond. betty ann knows who we are every year. she's always so busy making sure that everything is taken care of. heading back for Labor day and dates are already in for next summer
We had an absolutely terrible experience at the Driftwood Motel. This place is a motel by every definition except at 4-5 star nightly rates, we paid $322 for a single night. I will give a fair and honest review of the facility after my customer service review. I booked this motel 2-3 weeks in advance of our stay for a Friday and Saturday night in August.
