I think it is just right small community get to know the regulars but i enjoy people
Reasonably priced. Efficiency apartment with a full kitchen equipped with everything you need. Separate bedroom. Beds are comfy. Flat screen tvs. Free wifi. Friendly, efficient staff. Close to everything.
The best accommodations at the beach by far!!! Close to Lewes Beach, Rehoboth Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, Prime hook National Wildlife Refuge, Tanger outlets, Water Parks, Breweries, Wineries, and much more!!!! You will never run out of entertainment! Great Mom and Pop Motel with high service standards!
Neat family owned motel, fancy, no, clean, yes, will stay again.
Very nice and clean. Super easy check in. We traveled this weekend and the traffic into Rehoboth Beach was horrible! A little gem in Lewes close to Henlopen State Park, so no need to go into Rehoboth.

It use to be nicer but has not updated. Dirty linens in drawers , musty smell , broken and painful fold out couch ( had to use beach towels to try to pad it) , scratchy tiny towels , and bare minimum in kitchen. Not enough to cook with. No deadbolt on door just simple lock and chain. Air conditioning only reaches second room with door open. Mold o. Tub and bathroom door didn't close. We were charged about $230 a night. Room is worth about $45. Will never stay again.
