I've never felt more disrespected by a management company, where the GM excuses other employee's poor behavior towards the AGM and does absolutely nothing about it because "oh he's cheap labor". Because of "the cheap labor" QA was failed for the conditions of the hotel. I have never worked for a company that the GM condones racism,who allows supervisors to come in on their first week and belittle someone.I lost my job after reporting a new supervisor after working over 200 hours in a month.if was a white woman making allegations I know for a fact I wouldn't have been told to put up with the mistreatment.i definitely plan on filing a discrimination charge against this company and the GM and Chef who was involved.

I didn't even get a chance to work with this company and got fired before I started. I called off my first two days because I got sick, and they told me not to come back. This company dosen't care if your sick or not you better come to work regardless of your health status or they will let you go.
