trying to get past being on hold with the receptionist and actually making an appointment is like pulling teeth. the only times i’ve been able to get an appointment that’s not months in the future is if it becomes a liability to them.
Have been at this office since I was 7 years old. Dr Kamath is amazing :) She really listens and does everything she can to help and comfort!
Unprofessional, condescending and the receptionists are inconsistent with the information they provide to patients. Doctor is too “busy” to talk about urgent medical matters and doesn’t seem to care about patient health. We will be switching doctors.
Dr Yusuf is a great caring doctor and the staff also very helpful and responsive
