I am not sure what is going on the receptionist is so rude, and aggressive I am simply trying to book an appointment to see my family doctor as I have always done but was told they don’t book appointments?? call on a Friday early morning to see if I can get in this makes absolutely no sense and I really tried to get her to clarify but was treated with such distain what I am seeking is medical a specialist does well yes I know that is a possibility but I NEED an assessment from a Doctor and then referral not an over the phone... read more
Dr Yousef is attentive and caring. She never brushes off any of my concerns. In the current state of our healthcare I know I am beyond lucky to have her as my GP.
