Dr. Brown is really good but the receptionists are terrible at their job . I went for post lasik surgery appointments at this clinic and they scheduled the last appointment which was supposed to be at the laser clinic even though i asked them to double check about it and if its covered . They confirmed that the visit is covered and has to be done at their clinic but then i received a text from them that i left without paying. Kind, polite , helpful staff. Dr. West is knowledgeable and has a fun way to deal children. Good collection of glasses and good prices.

I went to more than 15 optometry dispensaries, not finding suitable new glasses. The optician here quickly directed me to the right displays, and then joined me in finding the right frames. She ordered in the colour I wanted to see (at no risk to me) and then a couple of weeks later when I returned to have a sunglass clip made to match, she still remembered me. I would not recommend choosing Driftwood Family Eye Care as your trusted optometrist. The practice refused to release my on-file medical information to me as the result of changes in services and pricing. I previously had my PD measured as part of the process of purchasing glasses here. As PD Measurement is now offered as a payment-required stand-alone service, they refused to release past medical information to me that was once included in the purchase of glasses.
