Doctor sent referral and I haven’t heard from them. I called you can never speak to no one and you leave messages and they still won’t return calls. That’s poor business and very unprofessional. 10/ 13 sound like a lot of excuses to me. I’ve called another facility where my daughter had a referral sent and they returned my call and was able to look to see that my daughter pediatrician sent referral and was able to tell me that they didn’t take her insurance.
