I picked Dri-Way because I was hoping for something different and better than the cleaning services I had previously had. I was not dissappointed. My carpets are old but Nathan did an amazing job. Have to agree with others that communication both before and after service was exemplary. This is a professional service at a very reasonable price.
We used Dri-Way several years ago and then were lured away by sales and discounts from other companies. Never again! The results of having all of our carpets and stairways cleaned yesterday was outstanding. They were dry in no time. Communication both before and after was exemplary. Our carpets have never looked better!

Nathan has cleaned my carpets many times over the years, including a successful removal of a 'days old' red wine stain. Nathan is such a fine person, professional, reliable, and the quality of his work is 10/10.
