Buyer beware! The new management hasn't helped this company. We prefer to "buy local", but can't recommend this company. Late to arrive, excessive time required to perform the work, poor communication and two no call, no shows with excuses afterwards. Its just not worth it.

Unethical - Unprofessional - Unreliable - worst business management ever dealt with. Company entered into an agreement to do work for our hotel. We brought in extra staff and paid overtime - did not rent rooms so they would be prepared so the work could begin on Sunday morning. 10 minutes before they were to begin they called the General Manager on his cell phone and said they were on the way. 5 minutes before they were suppose to begin, they called the hotel and said they were cancelling the job. The technicians are very knowledgeable and its obvious they enjoy what they are doing. The experience was pleasant from the very beginning. Once the appointment was made i got a confirmation call the day before to help remind me and when the tech arrived at my house they did everything. I didn't have to lift a finger. When they left, I of course went through the house looking at the work and was happy to find that my carpets looked wonderful.
