Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? This is the only chiroprator that I personally would ever go to considering the severity of my permanent injuries. My experience is one that I have told to many he tells you as you leave, "Hopefully I wont have to see you back for a while." As well as has a minimal fee of I believe $20 almost 5 yrs back.
