I lost confidence in the Vet that had treated my eight year old dachshunds since they were eight weeks old (both clinically and financially) and needed a Vet that I trusted, so I called my friends at Copeland's Pet Motel. This is the only place I have ever boarded my dogs and they are amazing so when they recommended Dr. Gaston I made an appointment. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood.
