This clinic feels incredibly unprofessional. Prior to my first visit, I spent 2 hours in the waiting room to be seen (appointment was at 2pm and was seen at 4pm). Every visit felt incredibly short—almost like I was a bother just by being there. The staff and physicians were short, didn’t bother to explain my situation—let alone a short or long-term plan, and the front desk employees were consistently rude. Dr Galan, Francis, Sean and Jason are all top notch medical providers who have gone above and beyond to help me with my epilepsy. They've to help me to get the very expensive medicine I need for my treatment, even after moving out of the state. Its been hard to establish care in a new state and these providers kept me in their care, something I am forever grateful for. Dr Galan gave me samples to get me by when rhe pharmacy was behind on filling my meds. I am healthy today, thanks to this team!
