I had an in person appt with him back in February and while it was brief he instantly understood my condition which is combined with dysautonomia. And most doctors don't even know what that is. He is definitely smart. His medical assistant is sweet. His receptionist is not a nice person, but then again you never know what someone is going through (I am equally an ass if I am dealing with hell).
Office Staff rude they act like your bothering them and then you get the eye roll when you ask why you have been waiting for 50 minutes.. Dr. Galan has no time for you he’s in and out then he sets you up with a ridiculous nerve test that takes literally 10 minutes and bills you $997.00 and doesn’t tell you about it. Then the first appointment they bill my insurance for things that didn’t happen, make sure you read everything you sign.
