Follow through with Dr. and office is not acceptable. Promised results in 3 weeks. I called after 4 weeks. No one returned my call. Finally 4 months later we heard back. Also prescribed the wrong dosage of medicine which they fixed but only after we caught it. Prescribed something that "might help" for $700. Promised a coupon to help with the costs, but they failed to know the restrictions prohibited us from using the prescription. Over $1,000 out of pocket later, the problem still here
