Dear DRG Management Team, I have been a resident at oak ridge lofts for over five years, and since DRG Management has taken over, the condition of our building has drastically declined. The common areas are consistently filthy, packages are frequently stolen, and there is dog waste left throughout the property—even inside the hallways at times.
