I would highly recommend working with Robert to anyone looking to rent or purchase a home in the Twin Cities! He was extremely helpful in keeping an eye on the market and sending us homes that met all of our needs and walking us through the process of applying for a rental. He was eager to work with us to schedule showings despite us moving from out of town and having limited availability, and was very kind and accommodating. He made navigating a competitive rental market easy!
My partner and I initially met Vlad when touring a unit for rent through DRG. Although we didn't rent that unit, Vlad continued to dedicate his time to helping us find another unit! Throughout the entire process he responded quickly and clearly to all our questions, going above and beyond to help find us an apartment to suit our needs and wants. Every interaction we had with Vlad was positive and I would recommend him to anyone looking for help navigating their Minneapolis apartment search!

DO NOT TRUST THEM TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY. Renters are better off looking elsewhere. Had a nightmare move in experience 6 months ago (unit wasn’t cleaned, keys weren’t ready). Thankfully the condo was sold and I don’t have to deal with this company ever again. The inspection report noted a blind that fell when opening it. It was never repaired to code- they failed to repair is safely and GLUED IT TO THE WALL. It crashed down on me and I’m lucky I didn’t need stitches. Negligent managers.
