Extremely disappointed with my experience with DRG more specifically Britt Gerwick. He was terribly slow to respond, couldn’t answer basic questions on the unit, and misled me seemingly on purpose. Should have been an easy straight-forward process but Britt was completely incompetent
Ben and Nicole showed high levels of competence, empathy, and urgency while solving problems.
Lila was amazing! I felt so taken care of, she communicated very well and when something came on the market she knew I would like she told me right away so I could jump on it. She listened to my concerns about the buildings, she felt super knowledgeable, she was punctual and easy to get ahold of. I will 100% ask for her if I need a new lease in the area.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. Steer clear of DRG. I was supposed to move in on 6/7 after working closely with Lila and Faith on my application. All week, I was given false promises that everything was set for move-in, and I was just waiting on the lease to sign. Then, after business hours on Friday, 6/6—literally the night before move-in—I got an email saying the lease fell through.
