Incompetently run company with a shiny facade. I could write a novel at this point around the ways that DRG strung my partner and I along during our lease, but instead I’ll give some quick points: 1. On the day of our move in we found the unit coated in dust and dirty. It was immediately clear that DRG never had the unit cleaned after the previous tenants move out. Extremely disappointed with my experience with DRG more specifically Britt Gerwick. He was terribly slow to respond, couldn’t answer basic questions on the unit, and misled me seemingly on purpose. Should have been an easy straight-forward process but Britt was completely incompetent
Ben and Nicole showed high levels of competence, empathy, and urgency while solving problems.
Lila was amazing! I felt so taken care of, she communicated very well and when something came on the market she knew I would like she told me right away so I could jump on it. She listened to my concerns about the buildings, she felt super knowledgeable, she was punctual and easy to get ahold of. I will 100% ask for her if I need a new lease in the area.
