Extremely knowledgeable and caring doctor. Felt very much at ease and very comfortable. Highly recommended.
My experience today was not what I expected. I expected to be swept aside as my issue is an unknown factor, I’m old and I’m overweight (most doctors blame any health problem on that alone). I was treated most impressively by the reception staff. The doctor in training took my history. She did a very thorough job and listened to everything I said without rushing me. If you are seeing her for pregnancy matters, Dr. Francis is a completely adequate OBGYN. I, however, saw her for issues concerning PCOS and am beyond disgusted and angry. She refused to take any of my concerns seriously, talked down to me and frankly made me feel like breeding cattle. For a variety of reasons, I will never be having children (including health reasons), I made this clear to Dr. Francis and the entire time she essentially gave me the "Oh, you'll change your mind" treatment.
