Wasted my time here for several months before going somewhere good (see my other reviews). Never saw a doctor, despite having severe issues for a year prior. Did not listen to my concerns or review my medical history / medications. Long wait in the lobby, sometimes forgotten about. Refusal to treat my condition or do routine procedures that another ENT did on the first visit (ear flush). Rude and dismissive staff. Ask for a referral elsewhere. Do not go here.

First off, the office is pretty and clean. Front desk girl had a grey sweat shirt, no make and messy hair. She made me wait for 10 min to check me in while she typed away. In front of me. I waited an hour after my appointment time to be called back. Waited another 20 min for MA to come in. She was nice and professional, but never introduced herself. My doctor referred me to this office, so I called on October 21st at 10:20 a.m. A lady answered my call and asked me several questions about why I needed to see an ENT specialist. At the end of the conversation, she said, “We don’t have any appointments, and we don’t know when we will have one for you.” Her tone was extremely rude, and I was surprised that a professional medical office would speak to patients in such a manner. I was asked to call in 7 weeks to make a follow up appointment. No one answered, left a message and no call back. Called today and it says the number is not in service.
