If it was possible to give negative stars, or at least zero, I would. Absolute failure to maintain property despite repeated requests for maintenance. The apartments are unfit for human habitation. There are much nicer and well maintained units for the price. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
My family has been living in one of their properties for the last 4 years and I have to commend Dreyer's on their great customer service. They do everything they can to treat tenants well, properties get updated based on owner budgets and repairs are done in a timely manner. I would recommend this property management company to my friends and family.
