I have owned three Volkswagens, two from Tom Wood, and my Touareg from Dreyer & Reinbold. While I have not had any issues with either dealership, I will say that Dreyer & Reinbold went to bat for me when I had a concern about rusty brake rotors. They were able to get Volkswagen Corp to cover sanding of the rotors to get them back to new like. Terrible customer service. They don't give a shit about their customers. I've owned my 2015 passat for 6 months and the chrome trim around the windows has clouded up and spotted and I was told by Dreyer that VW will not cover it under warranty and Dreyer will also not replace it even though they have know about this issue for a long time. Don't buy from Dreyer!!!
Service dept refused to honor a transmission quote after car was towed from Speedway. #bad business#terrible service
