Parker is the most disrespectful and rude sales man there is. VW are good cars, but take your money elsewhere. I have a 2019 SEL and my sister an Atlas. So when my dad goes in to look at purchasing one for himself and you tell him he cannot test drive a vehicle and to come back when "he's serious" is beyond disrespectful. He is ready to buy soon but you lost a great man as a customer.
Got my Beetle in right away for an oil change and tire rotation and overall awesome service staff. Will be back for sure!

They replaced a couple tires for me from pothole damage with no issues (under tire protection warranty), but I took my 2015 Jetta in for a noise it was making and they drove with me then told me it was nothing and to "just turn the radio up and don't listen for it" even though my car was under warranty still. They told me to even look under the hood for something wrong they would charge me $100+, warranty or not. Then said "bring it back when you're out of college and have more money to fix your car." Worst customer service ever. I couldn't get anyone to help me at store. Noone ever picks up the phone. This dealership is a joke
We’ve had two different VW cars serviced here. They were amazing both times. Very efficient, excellent customer service. They even cleaned out and washed the car when I picked it up all for free.
