Dr. Marcucci was great. He took the time to listen and address my questions. He explained his recommendation and why (and even showed me a diagram of what would be involved in the procedure). He communicated what to expect (how long the procedure would be, recovery time, impacts during recovery) and proactively explained the risks without me asking.
I come from a medical family. My standards are high -- and my satisfaction complete.
