The gym itself is great. Love it. Hate having to give a low review, but the new online registration system is a hot dumpster fire mess. I used to be able to enroll online easy peasy and now I have to call every week and wait on the phone while a clueless student worker manually enrolls me in each class I want to take. How is that better than the old system? When I asked for a timeline on when it would be fixed I was told, "No clue." No disrespect to the hard working admin staff.
