I will never buy another piece of Drexel Heritage furniture again. There was an IT glitch and our initial order was not processed until I called to "check in". Our furniture arrived with dents and dings across the bottom, a major dent in the door, two rips across the back and a drawer that wouldn’t close. One store manager told me it was typical for furniture to be damaged. She said they normally touch it up before delivery so the customer doesn't even know! i purchased a sectional july 2009, it was delieverd oct. 2009 and was defective. it never sat like the one in the showroom. i called right away, they sent someone, this person ordered new cushions. it took 3 months and they didn't solve the problem. after waiting 2-3 months to see if they would "break in" we called again. this went on and they continued to stall us saying they would fix it or refund our money. the manager that promised that is no longer working there and i was told they don't have to honor what we were promi... read more
