Nice area Good service by some members only
I loved having Dr. Maya Bass as my doctor and when she left the practice I got Dr. Brittany Bruno. Now I am told that the office is closed. I need medicine and I have no doctor. I came from Hahnemann Hospital with about 25 years of service. What can I do now?
Was transferred from broad st office. They took care of us for years great staff. When that office closed we could not get appointment at university city office. Staff was rude and condescending. So sad we had to find a new pcp.
Worst experience I've EVER had. No one has any idea what they're doing, and the combination of habitual lies and mind games shows a resemblance to an abusive relationship. Communication is horrible. If there was an option for no stars I'd leave it at that.
I was going to Drexel Family medicine since about 2016, when I just learned a couple weeks ago that they stopped taking my Medicaid plan. But I was never fully happy with my experience to begin with. I was never placed with the same doctor. Every visit they put me with someone else who I then had to re-explain my entire medical and mental health history to.
