I wish I listened to the reviews.I had my records sent to the clinic, and they never notified me, the mail must have been there at least 2 weeks. This place mishandles their mail and they are very hard to contact imo. Plus they ended up telling me they can provide a service they couldn't, so I am not sure if they are following through on what they say they do. On top of all that, you can get a mean nurse to take your labs.
This office damn near killed me! Gave me a medication I should have NEVER been on landed me in the ER with severe dehydration! ALL of the providers I met ARE fat phobic and extremely bias towards women ALL of the doctors I met with were rude and judge mental never saw the same provider twice it was ridiculous. They also don’t like if you’re medically knowledgeable. That seem to put them off. You have anything complex stay away from this office. I learn that the hard way.
Was scheduled for an appointment here to manage my medication. My medication was then prescribed at double my pre-existing dosage, which caused signs of liver damage. I called the office, worried about my symptoms and worried about going into withdrawal, and they took five days to call me back with medical advice and a fixed prescription. My case was minor and my withdrawal just unpleasant, not dangerous, so I had the luxury of waiting to see how long it would take rather than an immediate trip to urgent care or desperately ... read more
Always saw a different resident, no consistency. Several were really green and somewhat unprofessional. I understand doctors need to start somewhere, but I don't believe I got quality care at this clinic. One refused to do extremely basic routine blood testing I needed and tried to get me to admit to having a health issue I did not have as a strategy to convince their attending that the tests should be done. Communication is poor.
