This place always over-charges me and I had to be on a long phone call with them and my insurance to fix it. The doctor don't care about you and I a few times have to follow up in an urgent care because the doctors overlooked my issue. Definitely don't recommend!
Used them for years. Recently found it impossible to schedule an appointment. You call and just sit on hold. Looking for a new doctor now.
Good luck getting them to fill your medications on time. Even when the pharmacy can do auto-refills I'm forced to either follow up via the app, or more likely, that I'll be forced to call the office itself for answers. Doesn't matter pharmacy either, I've had the issue both at Giant and CVS, at this point it's clear the issue is on their end with their systems. Constantly waiting 15-45 minutes after appt time to be taken back. Been taking our daughter here for years and it’s gone downhill drastically. The doctor laughed when I asked questions about why our daughter has been sick for over a month and they’ve done hardly anything but play the “wait it out” game.
