The doctor is good but the billing department is the worst. Go somewhere else or you’ll be sorry for all the time you waste having to deal with them edit - my previous review was 7 months ago. Since, I have been trying to obtain a copy of my medical records. It was only on my 6th round of calling in, where I threatened to contact the Pennsylvania department of health and finally contacted the office manager (Bonnie), that they finally agreed to mail my information that day

Called for a refill last week on medication it took 24 phone calls from 11 am to 2:30 pm after hours service picked up last 2 calls no one called back for 2 days I called again in the morning and resolved the issue. Now this week I've been trying to get medication refill for my mother who is 73 years old. Been seeing Dr Bakshi for about four years now. Despite my chronic condition, Dr Bakshi and staff have been very instrumental in the stability and progress of my overall health. Great Dr and Staff, who have remained professional and polite through the years. Bonnie and the front desk team are sweethearts. 10 stars overall.
