I booked an appointment in FEBRUARY for APRIL I go to my appointment and the women, who was half asleep, tells me they canceled my appointment and sent me a letter, WHAT? This place is awful don’t bother coming here.
I am a Drexel registered nurse and I was appalled at the service here. I was in for an atypical mole which was biopsied and I was told the results would be back in 1-2 weeks. After 3 weeks of anxiety I was finally told that the lab pathologist had been away. It would have been nice for someone to communicate that with me at some point prior. I have been a patient there for over 5 years and I will not be returning. I would suggest that no one go there unless you want to deal with an office full incompetent and rude staff (talking to you front desk staff and others that answer their telephones). Just to preface this review, I am a Nurse Practitioner and I am fairly well versed when it has come to my skin health and issues that arise with medical insurance. I am very upset with Drexel Dermatology. I made an appointment three months ago for April and they called me two days before the appointment to cancel. Then they informed me that the earliest appointment they have is five weeks away in may. I am a nurse and this is very unprofessional!!! I am very disappointed with their services. Now I have to scramble and try to find a Dermatologist to renew my prescription in a short time frame.
