Unit 216 smells like cigarette smoke and heroin. The floor is sticky with brown resin throughout the unit. There were black drips of tar on the flooring when we were given the keys to the unit that I have since cleaned on my own. The hallway on the second floor reeks of cat feces and urine. The smell is so overpowering and it comes into unit 216 no matter what. Our clothes reek of cigarettes and ammonia, and even our dogs fur reeks of the same smell. DO NOT RENT HERE! Avoid Dunmire Properties at all costs. They are slumlords. People selling and using drugs in the building, cats peeing all over the hallways/in units. Violent and aggressive people coming in and out of the building. Refuses to work with you to transfer properties after you notice the slew of lease violations and dangers after moving in. Unless you are a drug addict don’t rent here.
Don’t do it!!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had at a complex. They have tenants that boom there music 24 hours a day, I mean so loud it shakes the entire complex. You can come 10+ nose complaints guess what? They don’t care!! They get your rent and your living experience is your problem!!
