The MOST amazing customer service. I was searching for a way to ship cookies to a family member in New Orleans and stumbled across Drew online. When I called (at 4PM) they were not only nice, but managed to get my package out to FedEx the same day so they would arrive on time. And they followed up with a lovely note. Customer Service is a dying art but Drew & Carla have it down. Cookies were delivered earlier than planned (without costing me an arm & a leg) and I am thrilled. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back!
Mediocre at best. Asked them to make a cake for my wife's birthday, nothing fancy. They told me it was impossible, couldn't be done so I made it myself in less than 3 hours. It was delicious. Drew didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me about it, sent his wannabe cake decorator out to tell me they couldn't (AKA, didn't want to) make it but I could buy one they already had made. I can do that at Kroger. This guy's supposed to be some big time pastry chef? Ha! The lack of flexibility probably explains the lack of growth. ... read more
