Andrew came out to fix my air conditioner, said I would need a part and would put me on the schedule the next Tuesday between 10am -12pm. He didn't show. I called, he said he still has not found the part. Called 2 days later and found out that he blocked my phone number. Thank you for that.
He came in to fix a leak on a furnace that he installed. I called back about one error and even suggested just tell me what to get I’d fix myself. And all of a sudden the part he supposedly fix start tripping water like crazy. So I called him again and he blocked me, then he blocked my wife. Imagine all this while trying to sell your house. Andrew was the BEST. HE knew his profession!
Drew's Crew came out today because my warranty company sent an incompetent HVAC person to install my Unit. When Drew's Crew came into my home, he asked me questions and then went to work (assessed the situation). Within a couple of minutes, he told me it was an install issue and talked me through how to properly install the unit! He even spoke to the incompetent hvac guy to explain what he did wrong so he won't make the same mistake again with another customer.
