Let me tell you something, this guy is a piece of work. I had him come out on for an emergency on a holiday to fix my heating unit. He replaced a part with no problem, but now I’m seriously questioning if it even needed to be replaced. Fast forward a year later, my thermostat starts losing power and constantly rebooting. I go down to check the system and find the C-wire was NEVER properly secured. It was literally just sitting on top of the screw, not tightened down at all. That’s not a small mistake. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!! I had to call the POLICE on him because he left and took our heater part when I would’t let him scam me. He came and tried to charge me $576 for a “new” flame sensor that he didnt let me see before installing. When i asked to see what im paying for he reluctantly showed me what looked like MY original L shaped flame sensor. When I asked where my original part was he showed me a totally different one, it was STRAIGHT. He then tried to sell this story about how you have to bend it to install the sensor.... read more
