Let me tell you something, this guy is a piece of work. I had him come out on for an emergency on a holiday to fix my heating unit. He replaced a part with no problem, but now I’m seriously questioning if it even needed to be replaced. Fast forward a year later, my thermostat starts losing power and constantly rebooting. I go down to check the system and find the C-wire was NEVER properly secured. It was literally just sitting on top of the screw, not tightened down at all. That’s not a small mistake.
