was able to call and help me calm my nervous before transfer great doctor
This office was not a caring or comfortable environment. Both Doctors & the staff often treated us like we were just a number (& that was on a typical day, there were many other days that we felt we were a huge inconvenience to many of them) & they're obviously more concerned with getting paid then getting results! We always had to leave a message to speak with anyone and calls were often not returned for days. With the expense of infertility, I'd recommend you spend your money somewhere else where you feel cared about.
Overall this was a great experience. Thank you for you time and honesty.
Dr. Moffit and Dr. Nelson are wonderful! They helped my husband and I achieve our dream of having our miracle baby! Today we have a beautiful baby boy and look forward to someday having another with their help! We could never thank you all enough! He is our greatest blessing! Thank you!!!

it was a good experience
Dr. Moffitt is a great doctor. He is serious and takes your health and care seriously. I am often embarrassed or shy to ask doctors questions, but I know when speaking with him- he will give it to me straight. I appreciated his confidence in being able to help my husband and I.
Most of my interactions were with the nurses and they were kind, and patient. There were some missed opportunities when it came to follow up and giving timely, clear instructions and what to expect. We also had some challenges with billing and financial coverage.
