He is not a man of many words but I trust his judgement and overall think he is a great doctor.
Initially I was concerned about a lack of communication with the front office and about the overall fertility treatment. Communication improved throughout the process however. My nurse was very responsive and we are happy to have chosen ARMS for all our fertility needs. The clinical team is very knowledgeable and I felt I was in good hands.
The whole team has been very helpful and responsive. They are quick to answer questions, and we feel more educated after every visit. Special shout out to Hally for making the experience more light hearted and friendly.
