I was a renter for 3 years. The house I rented was less than stellar when I took up residence. The roof was buried in Spanish moss with trees sprouting out of it, the sheds contained many items from the previous renters, the back yard was full of limbs, sprouting trees and trash, all the shrubbery in the front and back yard was overgrown.
